What we provide

We research a business and relevant competitors using publicly available information. A review compares customer-visible positioning, services and communication, and presents observations about differences, gaps and opportunities.

A review is business research for information and consideration. It is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using it and should seek appropriate professional advice when needed.

Research limitations

Public information may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Websites and business offerings can change after research is carried out. A review reflects the sources available at the time and does not cover every competitor or every aspect of a business.

We take reasonable care with our research, but cannot guarantee that public information or a review is complete or error-free. Observations are not promises of commercial results.

Intellectual property and customer use

Our original website content and original review material belong to Paul Coombes unless otherwise stated or agreed. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owners.

A customer supplied with a review may use it for their own business planning and share it with colleagues and professional advisers for that purpose.
